I've done a total of 30 of these (just the front of my '91, and all 4 wheels on my '94).

So long as they're most of the way in my preferred method is to slap the thing back together, set it on the ground, and torque each lug down with a good torque wrench. It'll take quite a few more turns than you think to do so, but that's been the easiest way to do it that I've found. Trying to fully seat it with an impact gun is risky, I've stripped them before when I tried to pull it in too far... just one little burst of the gun and it went from "almost there" to "effed big time".

yeah, my air compressor doesn't flow enough air to supply my impact to pull the studs all the way through. I ended up doing what you said with a 4-way and a breaker bar. It took quite a few turns but I could tell when they were seated. Really easy now that I got the method down. I just assumed my impact gun would have no problem pulling them in, turns out doing it by hand was much easier.

LOL I love this.....everybody who works on cars and posts online always has time to take pictures of their injuries (whether they be minor cuts, or broken bones and other serious injuries) to post up before they fix the injury.

Can't wait to see the new wheels on there! Width + Offset = Win!
